How to Create the Perfect Airbnb Welcome Guide

Everything guests need to know, organised in a way they'll actually use. No fluff, just practical advice.

Why Welcome Guides Matter

A good welcome guide does three things:

Reduces Messages

Guests find answers without asking you

Prevents Problems

Clear instructions mean fewer issues

Improves Reviews

Prepared guests have better experiences

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Many welcome guides fail because of these issues

Information overload

10-page PDFs overwhelm guests. Keep it scannable and organised.

Outdated information

PDFs and printed guides get stale. Digital guides update instantly.

Poor mobile experience

Guests use phones. If your guide isn't mobile-perfect, they won't use it.

Hard to search

Guests need to find specific info fast. Long documents fail at this.
