Didit Identity Verification Integration

Added Didit Identity as a third ID verification option. Free tier includes 500 verifications per month with document scanning, selfie matching, and liveness detection.

Didit ID Verification Fix

Fixed post-verification modal auto-close and ID image retrieval so host dashboards correctly display guest ID documents.

Email Branding Customisation

Hosts can now upload a custom logo and add footer text to all guest-facing email notifications for a fully branded experience.

The feedback page now supports bug reports with severity levels, making it easier to report issues and track improvements.

Mobile Camera Black Screen Fix

Editor section cards: improved readability and spacing

Section cards now have stronger background contrast to distinguish parents from subsections at a glance. Increased padding for a more spacious feel, and long section titles wrap naturally instead of being cut off. Subsection groups are connected with a continuous guide line.

AI Memory: Smart-Learning Knowledge Base

Your AI Concierge now learns and improves over time. Add custom knowledge via text, PDFs, and images. The system suggests new memories from guest conversations for your approval, and uses smart context matching to deliver the most relevant answers. Available on Pro and Growth plans.

Subsections: organise content with nested sections

Group related content under parent sections with one-level deep nesting. Add subsections via the + button, indent/outdent with arrow controls, collapse or expand groups, and drag to reorder. Guests see subsections as accordions in List View or mini-grid tiles in Grid View.

Drag-and-drop section reordering

Rearrange your guide sections instantly by dragging and dropping. The editor maintains your section hierarchy as you move things around, with smooth visual feedback.

Subsection count badges on guest grid tiles

Parent section tiles in the guest grid view now display a small count badge so guests know there's more content inside before tapping.

Responsive Desktop Grid View

When viewing guides in Grid layout on desktop, sections now open in a beautifully constrained modal instead of a full-width drawer. This prevents oversized content and improves readability.

Contextual help links in editor

Each major section in the Property Editor (Welcome Gate, Host Picks, AI Concierge, Sections, Contact, Branding, Security, Settings) now features a direct link to its relevant Help Centre guide.

Referral programme

Desktop hint on key editor pages

Mobile users now see a helpful "For full customisation, open this on desktop" hint on the Branding Studio, Content Editor, and Host Picks editor — so they know the best experience is waiting for them on a bigger screen.

Introduce your guests with a stunning full-screen Welcome Gate before they enter your guide. Add a custom heading, subheading, personal message, logo, background image or video, social links, trust badges, and choose from fade, slide, or parallax entrance animations.

Customise your Welcome Gate logo placement with position controls (left, centre, right), background styles (none, white, black), and size options (small, medium, large) for pixel-perfect branding.

Set a looping video as your Welcome Gate background using a Wistia URL for an immersive, cinematic guest arrival experience.

Guest issue reporting

Guests can now report maintenance issues, damage, or concerns directly from your guide via the action bar. Choose the issue category, add photos, and include their name and email — you'll be notified instantly. Toggle this on or off per guide in Settings.

Add to Home Screen / Offline guides

Guests can save your guide to their phone's home screen as a Progressive Web App (PWA). It works offline too, so they always have access to your guide — even without Wi-Fi. Enable this per guide in Settings.

Wistia video embeds in guide sections

Embed Wistia-hosted videos directly into any guide section — perfect for check-in walkthroughs, house tours, or "how to use the hot tub" videos. Just paste your Wistia URL and it's embedded automatically.

Close button for expanded sections

Guests can now close an expanded guide section with a clear "Close" button at the bottom, making it easier to navigate long sections without scrolling back up.

List View & Grid View layout modes

Switch between a compact list view and a visual grid view for your guide sections in the editor. Grid view shows image thumbnails, while list view is great for quickly reordering and managing many sections.

We've added 13 new section templates including "Activities & Fun", making it faster than ever to build a comprehensive guide. Just pick a template and customise it — no blank page required.

Expanded icon library to 90+

Choose from over 90 icons for your guide sections — covering everything from kitchen appliances and heating to parking, pets, and local transport. Find the perfect icon to match any section topic.

Cover image position controls

Fine-tune how your guide's cover image is cropped and positioned using the new position controls in the Branding Studio — top, centre, bottom, and more.

Per-section expand/collapse toggle

Control whether each guide section starts expanded or collapsed by default. Great for highlighting important info like check-in instructions while keeping less critical sections tucked away.

Theme presets

Get started quickly with curated theme presets that set your guide's entire colour scheme and style in one click. Choose a preset as a starting point and customise from there.

Custom footer controls

Personalise your guide footer with your host name, a custom logo, "hosted by" branding, last-updated timestamp, and a custom footer message. Show or hide each element individually.

Enhanced guide sharing

Share your guide via a direct link, WhatsApp, email, or SMS — all from the Share modal. Copy the link with one tap and send it to your guests however they prefer.

QR code download for guides
