Touch Stay for Airbnb Hosts: Do You Need It?

Airbnb messaging has limits. Touch Stay fills some gaps. But is there a better, more affordable option for Airbnb hosts?

Why Airbnb messages are not enough

Most Airbnb hosts start by sending check-in details via the platform messaging. It works, but it has real limitations.

Messages get buried

Airbnb messages are mixed with booking enquiries, reviews, and platform notifications. Important check-in details get lost in the thread.

No structure or navigation

A long message has no headings, sections, or table of contents. Guests cannot quickly find what they need.

No rich media

You cannot embed maps, videos, or interactive elements in Airbnb messages. Everything is flat text.

Repeated for every guest

You send the same information to every guest manually. There is no way to maintain a single, always-updated source of truth.
