Viewing Your Properties

Access all your properties from the Properties page in your dashboard navigation. Here you can see, search, and manage all your property listings.

Grid View

See your properties as visual cards with cover images, making it easy to identify each property at a glance.

List View

A compact list format showing property names, status, and key details - ideal for managing many properties quickly.

Search & Filter

Use the search bar to find properties by name. Filter by status (published/unpublished), property type, or sort by name, date created, or last updated.

Pro Tip

Toggle between grid and list view using the view buttons in the top-right corner of the properties page.

Adding a New Property

1

Click 'Add Property'

Click the "Add Property" button found in the top-right corner of your Properties page, or on your Dashboard.

2

Complete the Wizard

Follow the property creation wizard: select property type, enter name and address, set check-in/out times, and add WiFi details.

3

Customise Your Guide

Once created, you'll be taken to the property editor where you can add sections, upload images, set up branding, enable the AI Concierge, and customise every detail.

Pro Tip

Your progress is automatically saved as you go through the wizard. If you need to step away, you can resume where you left off.

Editing a Property

To edit an existing property:

1

Navigate to Properties

Click "Properties" in your dashboard sidebar to see all your properties.

2

Select the Property

Click on the property card (in grid view) or the property row (in list view) to open the property editor.

3

Make Your Changes

In the property editor, you can:

  • Edit property details (name, address, times)
  • Add, remove, or reorder guide sections
  • Update content within each section
  • Upload images and add videos
  • Configure branding (logo, colours, themes)
  • Set up cover image and Welcome Gate
  • Enable AI Concierge and passcode protection
  • Add local recommendations and contact options
  • Configure PDF download and footer

Pro Tip

Changes are saved automatically as you edit. Look for the "Saved" indicator to confirm your changes have been stored.

Guide Templates

Guide Templates let you save a full guide configuration (sections, branding, Welcome Gate, AI Concierge settings) and apply it to other properties in one click.

Creating a Template

1

Set Up a Property

Configure a property with your ideal sections, branding, and settings.

2

Save as Template

In the property editor, click "Save as Template" and give it a descriptive name (e.g., "Coastal Apartment Standard").

3

Apply to Other Properties

When creating or editing another property, click "Apply Template" to apply all the sections and settings from your saved template.

Host Picks Templates

Save your local recommendations separately as a Host Picks Template. This is especially useful if you have multiple properties in the same area - set up your restaurant, café, and attraction recommendations once, then reuse them.

Managing Templates

View, edit, and delete your templates from the Properties page - look for the "Guide Templates" and "Host Picks Templates" tabs at the top. Each tab shows a quick "How it Works" guide.

Pro Tip

Templates include branding, sections, Welcome Gate, AI Concierge, and contact options - everything except property-specific details like name, address, and WiFi.

Bulk Actions

When managing multiple properties, use bulk actions to make changes efficiently:

Select Multiple - Use checkboxes to select properties on the listBulk Publish / Unpublish - Toggle visibility for multiple properties at onceApply Template - Apply a guide template to multiple selected propertiesBulk Delete - Remove multiple properties in one action (with confirmation)

Deleting a Property

Warning

Deleting a property is permanent and cannot be undone. All data, including analytics and guest guide views, will be lost.1

Open the Property Editor

Click on the property you want to delete to open it in the editor.

2

Go to Settings

Navigate to the Settings tab within the property editor.

3

Delete Property

Scroll down to the Danger Zone section and click "Delete Property". You'll be asked to confirm this action.

Duplicating a Property

Duplicate an existing property to save time. The duplicate copies all sections, branding, and content, which you can then customise.

1

Open the Property Menu

On the Properties page, click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the property card you want to duplicate.

2

Select 'Duplicate'

Choose "Duplicate" from the menu. A copy will be created with "(Copy)" added to the name.

3

Customise the Duplicate

Open the new property and update the name, address, WiFi, and any details that differ from the original.

Pro Tip

Duplicating is perfect for property managers with similar units in the same building - copy once, then just update the unit numbers and specific details.

Archiving Properties

If you temporarily want to hide a property without deleting it, you can archive it. Archived properties are unpublished and hidden from your main list, but all data is preserved.

Archived properties are moved out of your active listAll content, analytics, and settings are preservedUnarchive anytime to restore the property to your active list

Pro Tip

Use archiving for seasonal properties or listings you've temporarily taken off the market - keeps things tidy without losing any work.

Troubleshooting

  • Property not appearing in list → Refresh the page or check your filters - it may be filtered out by status or type
  • Duplicate property failing → Check you have space in your plan for another property
  • Can't delete property → Unpublish the property first, then try deleting again
  • Template not applying correctly → Templates copy sections and branding - property-specific details (name, address, WiFi) need to be updated manually
  • Bulk action not working → Select at least one property using the checkboxes before clicking a bulk action
